ASSISTANT MANAGER - NEW OPENING

Salary up to £17.60 per hour, plus bonus.

Omotenashi is The Japanese Art of Hospitality, it is service without being servile. We anticipate our customer needs, it is service from the bottom of the heart.
As an Assistant Manager at Tonkotsu, you will assist in leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every customer receives the best possible experience through the delivery of Omotenashi hospitality, fostering high team morale, and archiving Tonkotsu standards, values and commercial success.
