It is under general direction of the Convenience Store Manager and the primary function is to provide excellent customer service.      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •    Oversee daily operations of the Convenience Store and property. •    Maintain, at all times, a courteous, tactful relationship with our customers. •    Maintain, at all times, a clean, well-lighted environment for our customers including the pump islands, landscaping, driveways and parking lot, interior of building, floors, shelves, coolers, storage areas, eating areas and restrooms.  •    Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with staff. •    Become familiar with vendors and purchasing functions. •    Collects cash from customer for purchases and makes change or charges purchases, using customer's credit card. •    Ensure that all delivery of food, tobacco and beverage items are properly received by matching quantities to packing slip or invoice. •    Learn policies, rules & regulations and apply them using fairness and good judgment. •    Carry out verbal and written instructions from the Team Leader or Manager and follow-through in the completion of all assignments.  •    Protect the assets of the Convenience Store and Blue Lake Rancheria. •    All other duties as assigned.
