Key Responsibilities: Building and Maintaining strong relationships with direct customers. Actively Seek and Explore new opportunities to expand product distribution in the market through Brick and Mortar and eCommerce channel Customer Orders & Sales: Collaborate closely with buyers, external merchandisers, and internal customer service teams to secure orders and execute both short- and long-term sales plans. Meting or exceeding Sales Targets and contributing to the company’s revenue goals. Forecasting: Utilize internal tools and data sources to manage and refine account forecasts, ensuring maximum sales while optimizing inventory management. Promotional Planning & Trade Execution: Lead the end-to-end promotional process, from planning through to execution, in collaboration with Brand Activation and Sales Support. Take ownership of the promotional budget and drive top-tier in-store and online activations. Regular Store/Market Visits: Organize and conduct regular store visits to assess compliance, competitor activity, and overall execution at the store level. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, particularly with finance to ensure seamless coordination of accounts receivable (AR) processes, while fostering strong internal relationships. Strategic Planning: Develop in-depth knowledge of retailer and market dynamics in the toy industry. Lead annual account planning efforts, creating long-term strategies that align with our goals for profitable growth.
