Are you passionate about driving, helping your community, and starting a rewarding career? Stagecoach Chester is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Bus Drivers! No prior experience? No problem! We provide fully paid training to help you earn your Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) license and become a skilled bus driver.
What You’ll Do:
- Train to operate buses safely and efficiently across Chester’s routes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a friendly and reliable travel experience.
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness.
- Follow schedules and traffic regulations to ensure timely arrivals.
- Work as part of a supportive team committed to connecting communities.
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid UK driving license (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to learn!
