Our client, global luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire Luxury Client Advisor to join the team at retail location in NYC. This is a full-time temporary position starting immediately in an ongoing capacity for 30-60 days with potential to extend based on performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work a full-time, 40 hours per week retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Achieve sales goals through personalized service, upselling, cross-selling, and client relationship building.
• Stay informed on product offerings and the brand to provide accurate and engaging information.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization of stockrooms to maintain product availability.
• Support team efforts, maintain visual merchandising standards, and follow company policies, including safety and loss prevention.
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience, preferably supporting luxury fashion brands.
• Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets supporting retail.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift

Salary: $21 - $23 per hour. Not eligible for commission.
