Portfolio & Risk Management Follow effective risk management practices to mitigate credit risk and maintain the quality of the loan portfolio. Respond to and resolve inquiries related to client accounts. Strategic Leadership & Compliance Recruit and develop commercial lenders to strengthen market reach and performance.
