Job Duties Coordinate with drivers to ensure all load delivery paperwork is collected on time Review and validate invoices by checking payment authorization, corporate policies and compliance of documentation requirements Audit invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork / rate agreements Work with Dispatch and various outside providers to resolve billing issues. Provide weekly feedback to management via progress reports Follow-up on outstanding invoices and collect all payments Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payments and other irregularities and update payments / reconciliation in QuickBooks.
