The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions across multiple EIS domains and integrations, focusing on business process alignment, requirements definition, and end-to-end solution validation. This role requires deep functional understanding of insurance value chain, operations and product structures Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis & Requirements Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and solution architects to elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Translate complex insurance product rules (Life, Group, Supplemental Health) into clear business and system specifications. Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Maps, and acceptance criteria. Lead workshops, discovery sessions, requirement refinement sessions Ensure all requirements align with EIS functional capabilities while maintaining business intent. Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills 2. Domain & Product Expertise Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Life, Group, and Supplemental Health product lines Working knowledge in Property & Casualty Insurance is an added advantage Map end-to-end policy lifecycle processes — quote, new business, underwriting, issuance, billing, claims, renewals, and lapse management.
