Обязанности: 1. Поддерживать на площадке (площадках) систему экологической безопасности, соответствующую корпоративными политикам, стандартам и требованиям законодательства РФ. 2. Организовывать работу по своевременному получению экологических разрешений на выбросы, сбросы, обращение с отходами, разработку и согласование ПНООЛР, проектов НДС и НДВ, СЗЗ, иных Разрешений, Лицензий и проектов в установленном законом порядке. 3. Быть держателем стандартов GEHSMS, участвовать в аудитах в качестве аудитора в соответствии с графиком аудитов. 4. Контролировать соблюдение требований корпоративных экологических стандартов GEHSMS и законодательства РФ по охране окружающей среды. 5. Вести учет, контроль обращения с отходами производства и потребления. Требования: 1.Образование: высшее профессиональное в сфере экологии и природопользования либо высшее образование. При наличии высшего образования необходимо наличие профессиональной переподготовки в сфере охраны окружающей среды. 2. Опыт работы на производственном предприятии в сфере экологической безопасности не менее 3 лет. 3. Наличие обучения и проверки знаний требований экологической безопасности, подтвержденное сертификатами, протоколами или удостоверениями. 4. Знание основ законодательства РФ в области обращения с отходами, охраны атмосферного воздуха, охраны водных объектов и нормативной документации в области экологической безопасности. 5. Знание основных требований международных стандартов, стандартов РФ в области экологической безопасности и корпоративных стандартов GEHSMS. 6. Опыт внедрения и поддержания процессов системы управления экологической безопасности, организации и осуществления производственного контроля. 7. Высокие коммуникативные навыки. Опыт взаимодействия с руководителями структурных подразделений и предприятия, представителями надзорных и контрольных органов государственной власти. 8. Знание основ менеджмента и экономики организации, бюджетного планирования, управления по целям,управления проектами
