Sous la supervision directe du Manager Patrimonial, le Conseiller en Gestion de Patrimoine a pour mission de gérer et développer un portefeuille rentable de clients Personnes Physiques, y incluant les TNS et les commerçants, ainsi que les Personnes Morales de moins de 10 collaborateurs (y compris les holdings, les sociétés civiles, sociétés patrimoniales), en mettant en œuvre la politique commerciale de la Société, dans le respect des règles de conformité, de déontologie et d’éthique. Le Conseiller en Gestion de Patrimoine ne pourra démarcher que des clients Personnes Physiques et Personnes Morales résidant en France Métropolitaine ou dans les départements et territoires d’Outre-Mer, de nationalité française ou étrangère mais ayant le statut de résident français. En tant que Conseiller(ère) en Gestion du Patrimoine, vos missions seront : Prospecter dans la cible définie dans le cadre de la stratégie de la Société, développer l’activité commerciale et le réseau clientèle Personnes Physiques et Personnes Morales confiée par la société ; Gérer une clientèle cible telle que définie et notamment : Suivre et mettre à jour les dossiers des clients via les outils mis à disposition par l’entreprise ; Réaliser une analyse économique, civile, fiscale et successorale du patrimoine des clients ; Conseiller dans la détermination d’une stratégie patrimoniale afin de répondre aux objectifs, besoins et critères de gestions personnels des clients ; Proposer une stratégie patrimoniale (ou sociale) afin de répondre aux objectifs, besoins et critères de gestion personnels des clients ; Proposer plusieurs solutions adaptées répondant aux objectifs et besoins des clients tout en faisant appel, si besoin, à des experts (Référents, Ingénieur Patrimonial – Chargé d’Affaires, …) ; Remplir les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs fixés par le présent Accord et ceux s’y substituant et communiqués par le Manager Patrimonial et/ou le Directeur d’Agence. Qualifications Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 1 an en tant que conseiller en gestion de patrimoine, dont au moins 6 mois en vente de produits financiers. Issu d’une formation de niveau Bac+3 à Bac+5, idéalement dans les domaines de la finance, de la gestion de patrimoine, de la banque ou équivalent. Vous détenez l’ensemble des habilitations et certifications requises : Habilitation IAS – Niveau 1 Habilitation IOBSP – Niveau 3 (Crédit Immobilier) Certification AMF, délivrée par un organisme agréé Habilitation CIF La détention d’un permis B en cours de validité est également requis.
