POSITION SUMMARY / OBJECTIVES:

The Production Planning Supervisor’s primary job objective is ensuring efficient and timely production aligned with company goals. This includes developing and implementing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, optimizing resource allocation, monitoring production progress, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This includes customer demand, raw material processing, packaging components, and purchased items to optimize inventory levels and materials availability to execute on the company’s strategy.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors’ degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
• Experience with Cloudsuite Industrial ERP system and planning software, preferred
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Proficient to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft Access skills a plus
• Embraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvement to processes
• Ability to prioritize and to focus on details with attention to accuracy and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present findings effectively.
