POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking motivated Surface Driller’s Assistants (Helpers) to join our drilling team. This position supports the Driller in daily rig operations, including handling drill rods, core tubes, and other materials essential for safe and productive drilling. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, and being part of a high-performing team. Field rotations are typically 12-hour shifts in remote areas, requiring travel and extended stays at job sites.
