Key Responsibilities Talent Attraction & Employer Branding * Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that attract high-performing and diverse candidates. * Strengthen the company’s employer brand through social media, career site enhancements, university partnerships, and employee advocacy programs. * Lead employer branding campaigns showcasing company culture, values, and career growth opportunities. Recruitment & Selection * Manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments — from role definition to onboarding. * Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and interview frameworks. * Leverage data and analytics to optimize sourcing channels, recruitment KPIs, and hiring timelines. * Ensure a world-class candidate experience that reflects our values and commitment to people.
