Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ELV Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an ELV Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and optimal performance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems in various buildings and facilities throughout the region. Conduct thorough inspections of ELV systems, including fire alarm, security, CCTV, and access control systems Analyze and interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure proper installation and functionality of ELV systems Verify compliance with relevant codes, standards, and local regulations Identify and document deficiencies, non-conformities, and potential safety hazards Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to stakeholders Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of projects Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in regulations Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities Travel within the region as required to perform inspections at various sites Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 15 years of experience in ELV systems inspection or related field In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including fire alarm, security, CCTV, and access control Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC) Familiarity with building management systems Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia Relevant certifications such as NICET or CFPS preferred Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel within the region for inspections Proficiency in using computer software for report writing and data analysis Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
