Monitoring and scheduling of Ship Shore Drills.
Monitoring and scheduling Annual Shore-Based Drug and Alcohol test for the vessels.
Maintaining and upkeep of TMSA compliance for company.
Monitoring the monthly HSE Reporting for the Fleet
Maintaining of various questionnaires for the Fleet.
Preparing Trends and Analysis.
Reporting audit and drill findings in ERP system.
Monitoring MOC / Procedure change request records and assist in improving Company

Procedures/Systems and administration of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).

Circulating Bulletins and Circulars to the fleet.
Acts as Support Representative for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS and Environmental roles (As and when

company adopts these standards).

Ensuring all Audits (Internal and External), Drills and Exercises are carried out in time
Keeps track of SIRE inspections and their validity.
Update vessels Certificate repository, PIQ and Photo repository on the OCIMF website.
Monitor and maintain US voyage related documents for the fleet vessels.
Assist marine manager for report making, review making and other SMS documentation as required.
