Dans un contexte de forte accélération digitale et de refonte de l’architecture data client, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la conception et le déploiement des dispositifs de fidélisation et d’activation CRM. En lien étroit avec les équipes centrales et nos partenaires, vous pilotez des initiatives data-driven visant à exploiter pleinement le potentiel de la connaissance client dans une logique omnicanale, personnalisée et orientée ROI. Vos missions Marketing relationnel & activations Concevoir et déployer la stratégie CRM en cohérence avec le plan d’animation commerciale, les temps forts business et les parcours clients automatisés Orchestrer des prises de parole personnalisées selon les cibles, les comportements et les moments de vie, sur l’ensemble des canaux activables : email, SMS, RCS, wallet, whatsapp. Structurer et optimiser les dispositifs de triggers marketing (onboarding, réactivation, cross-sell, etc.). Mettre en place des actions de recrutement client (PRM) et de développement de la valeur client. Piloter la performance des campagnes, analyser les résultats et mesurer précisément le ROI des actions menées. Pilotage de projets & transformation Conduire des projets CRM transverses, en coordination avec les équipes métier, IT et data, dans un environnement agile. Benchmark des solutions du marché et veille sur les innovations. Qualifications Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure Bac +4/5, vous justifiez d’au moins 10 ans d’expérience en CRM et marketing relationnel, idéalement acquise dans un environnement retail exigeant et orienté performance. Vous êtes animé(e) par la culture client, la data et les enjeux business, avec une approche résolument orientée résultats. À l’aise avec les outils de gestion de campagnes et les plateformes CDP, vous disposez de solides compétences analytiques et d’une vision stratégique vous permettant de piloter des KPI de performance et de rentabilité.
