• Build & develop a new temporary recruitment desk (cold start).
• Focus on Engineering, Electronics, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including business development, candidate sourcing, and payroll administration.
• Place candidates on both PAYE and contractor arrangements.
• Leverage s state-of-the-art CRM system, streamlined payroll processes, and access to major job boards.
