Vous avez pour missions principales : Accueil et gestion commerciale : Procéder à l'accueil téléphonique et physique des familles des résidents, des prospects et des clients dans le respect des process commerciaux Colisée Participer à la gestion des relations avec les familles et les résidents Recevoir et accueillir les personnes âgées et leurs familles ; Gérer et suivre les réclamations et les courriers des familles ; Recueillir et partager les informations avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire permettant d'optimiser l'accompagnement des résidents.
