Develop and implement evidence-based clinical strategies, programs, and interventions tailored to residents' needs. Lead, mentor, and manage clinical teams, including Lead BCBA’s, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other clinical staff. Serve and chair various clinical committees, setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and ensuring productive and focused meetings.
