Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key client liaison, collaborating with both customers and internal teams to ensure timely, effective resolution of service requests and ongoing support needs.
• Coordinate and optimize technician schedules, balancing efficiency with client satisfaction to maintain high service standards.
• Take full ownership of client concerns, applying strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or service-based environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially when handling customer inquiries or scheduling challenges.
