We are delighted to offer 3 x 12 month Fixed Term specialty doctor post to join a team of current 9 Ophthalmology consultants working both at King’s Mill Hospital and Newark Hospital. The post-holder will undertake on call commitment of approximately a 1 in 8 rota.
Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust is a forward thinking organisation which has made tremendous improvement in patient care over the last few years. We have an excellent supporting infrastructure with support staff and we are proud of our high reputation for medical training and research.
The over-riding purpose is to support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement.
These duties may be subject to review to reflect the changing requirements of the service. If changes to the described duties are required these will be mutually agreed between the appointee(s), their colleagues and the Trust.
Thank you for your interest in this role.
