OUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Supply Chain HR team, supporting our IITTALA factory and Hämeenlinna distribution center. In this role, you will lead the HR functions and initiatives at both sites, ensuring the effective implementation of our policies and practices while supporting the day-to-day needs of employees and managers.
This position requires time spent at both locations to build relationships and provide support, with some flexibility for remote work.
