THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring part-time Servers to join our team at Morimoto Asia in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Server, you will have the privilege of representing our restaurant and creating lasting impressions through your exceptional service, making each guest feel valued and satisfied. If you want every new day to be as exciting as the last, we are ready to serve up your next opportunity.
We are seeking an experienced, polished, and attentive Dining Server to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep knowledge of food and wine, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a high-end, fast-paced environment
Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and bending for long periods, which may include walking up stairs
• Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide detailed knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings.
• Guide guests through the dining experience with personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Adhere to high service standards, including table setting, wine service, and proper etiquette.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned station and dining areas.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace, discretion, and professionalism.
• Process orders using POS systems, handle payments accurately, and follow closing procedures.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations.
