We are currently looking for a working student (d/f/m) for our Life/Health unit at our Cologne office. The position is limited to one year with the option to extend. The weekly working time is a maximum of 19 hours per week.

• You will be part of the Life/Health Asia team based in Cologne and provide data analysis support for Life/Health business written in Japan and South East Asia.
• Analyze reinsurance claims and premium data using R, focusing on metrics like loss ratios, incidence rates, and trends.
• Check reinsurance payments for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Build tools to boost efficiency in doing these tasks.
• Depending on your interests and skills, you may also get involved in day-to-day tasks, such as contract preparation.
