Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP solutions. Configure, test, and maintain SAP modules (such as FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) based on organizational needs. Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide timely resolutions to end-users. Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations. Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP system processes and configurations. Train and support users on SAP functionalities and updates. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security within SAP systems. Stay current with SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to proactively recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience working with SAP modules as an analyst, administrator, or similar role.
