Qualifications Experience: At least 5 years of experience in performance/data analysis, management consulting, investment banking, project management, or related strategy focused roles. Education: A Master's degree in economics, finance, business, statistics, engineering or a related field. Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a high level of comfort with numbers and financial modeling. You're able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and build complex business cases. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to present compelling recommendations to senior leaders and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
