Job Description We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR operational team based at Telford or Sherwood, on an interim/FTC (1 Year) basis. This role will include managing the HR function at both sites (Telford and Sherwood). The role of HR Business Partner is truly generalist, whereby you will partner senior stakeholders and take full HR responsibility for your sites, managing a variety of projects and initiatives. The HR Business Partner key responsibilities will include: Day to day generalist role business partnering General Managers and other senior stakeholders in the business Case management – advising & supporting grievance/ performance/ disciplinary/ absence associated matters, coaching and developing stakeholders in the process Delivery of the Group wide HR strategy.
