The Global People Analyst (Offshore-IND) will often interface with employees and specific members of the People Team organization across all the Centers of Excellence (COE). Primary Responsibilities: Support Employee Center team by identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement Lead and contribute to special projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives Research, analyze and resolve root causes of business problems Gather and analyze data to identify business needs, trends and potential root causes Develop monthly and quarterly dashboards and presentations Analyze key metrics to inform decision making and uncover opportunities for improvement Manage end-to-end surveys and reporting Establish processes to assess and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and integrity Develop and document business requirements and processes, ensuring alignment between business units and technology teams Collaborate with business partners to capture and prioritize needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Provide thorough documentation of business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing, including the creation of test cases and defect documentation Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key metrics to leaders and stakeholders Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
