Description HELIOS is seeking a highly experienced Management Analyst to join our team in supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical research and development, testing, evaluation, engineering, and fleet support activities for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex projects within NSWCPD Code 60, which is responsible for the Compatibility Test Facility, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that support national defense. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and improve management processes and workflows within NSWCPD Code 60 to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination for complex testing and evaluation activities. - Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and technical data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope. - Provide strategic recommendations to optimize resource allocation and project execution. - Monitor project performance metrics and prepare status reports for stakeholders. - Support compliance with Navy and Department of Defense regulations and standards. This is position is contingent on contract award. Veterans receive hiring preference. Requirements The following are the minimum requirements for this position: Possess a current, active SECRET Clearance Experience working with and handling U-NNPI Information.
