Responsibilities: * Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. * Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales growth * Track and analyze key retail metrics such as POS sales, inventory, in-stock, modular performance, and promotional lift * Develop and maintain recurring reporting to track KPIs and business performance  * Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders. * Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations. * Collaborate with sales teams to provide insights and support decision-making processes. * Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements. * Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes based on historical sales data. * Support sales team: line reviews, customer meetings, sample coordination, Walmart YBM/Holiday meetings. * Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments. Requirements:              • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business is preferred.              • Proven Sales Analyst experience or similar role with CPG company, Sales Broker, or Walmart. * Experience with Retail Link and Scintilla Charter (Channel Performance, Shopper Behavior, Customer Perception modules). * Sam’s Club Madrid experience a plus.  * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and preferably VBA.              • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of CPG sales processes and working with Walmart Merchant Teams.
