What You’ll Do Analyse social media performance across platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and translate data into clear insights that guide content and platform strategies. Report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance enabling data-driven decisions on what to scale, stop, or try. Extract, structure, and analyze social media and marketing data from multiple sources (e.g. social platforms, listening tools, internal databases). Develop and/or maintain dashboards and automated reports that visualize performance trends and measure the effectiveness of social content and campaigns. Monitor social media and cultural trends, identifying emerging formats, behaviors, and viral topics to help H&M stay relevant and ahead of the curve. Support the adoption of tools and reporting frameworks and contribute to developing best practices for creative optimization and measurement. Collaborate closely with the social media team and other marketing stakeholders to align insights with brand and content goals.
