As an experienced Business Analyst within the Digital team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality web and mobile applications for cinema customers globally. Work closely with customers and internal teams to define, align, and drive requirements through to delivery, ensuring solutions are practical, buildable, and meet real business needs. There currently 2 opportunities in the team; one Intermediate BA and one Senior BA. Both roles are delivery-focused. You will operate at the intersection of customers, Product, Engineering, and QA, bringing clarity to requirements, supporting delivery teams through build and test, and actively helping resolve issues as they arise. You are structured, detail-oriented, and pragmatic, with a strong bias for action and outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Digital Delivery, you will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers (internal and external), Designers, Engineering Managers, QA (internal and external), and client stakeholders to enable predictable delivery and high-quality releases. This role suits someone who thrives in complex environments, is comfortable working across multiple initiatives, and takes pride in bringing clarity to ambiguity. About the role You will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements across customer-facing websites and mobile apps, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, platform capabilities, and delivery constraints. You will also support delivery through build, test, and release by working closely with QA teams to clarify intent, resolve ambiguities, and help triage defects.
