Support the Product Owner for Vix Rail and AFC products, particularly in the gates and station systems domain, by capturing and defining business and technical requirements. Work closely with customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to understand and document requirements through interviews, workshops, focus groups, and site visits. Travel to customer locations to observe live operational environments, validate user needs, and capture real-world feedback to inform product improvements. Collaborate with development, testing, and design teams to ensure requirements are well understood, feasible, and traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle. Produce high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria. Assist the Product Owner with market research, competitor analysis, and the identification of emerging trends relevant to station systems and gate technology. Support backlog refinement and sprint planning by breaking down high-level features into detailed and testable user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Contribute to usability assessments and support the UX/UI design process by gathering user feedback and testing prototypes. What does our ideal candidate look like?
