Main Duties and Responsibilities Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop innovative, efficient, effective, and scalable solutions. Develop and communicate technical requirements, including design, build, and test plans. Work with the project manager and business managers to develop project scope and timeline.
