At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, software development, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (especially Scrum). Experience with functional analysis techniques and testing strategies. Proficiency with JIRA or similar project tracking tools. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, and familiarity with XML or other structured data formats. Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
