The purpose of this procurement is to procure two Business Analysts for the Primary Care initiative. Contribute to agile sprint reviews, product demos and retrospectives. Document business and system solutions using Agile methodology techniques, as well as support the development of test scripts for end-to-end functional testing. Co-ordination and facilitation of stakeholder meetings, with clear agendas, minutes and follow-up. Assist with project initiation and governance by preparing necessary documents and reports. Help identify risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure performance and customer experience metrics are defined, measured and reported on a regular basis. Work with project managers to support continuous improvement of processes to optimize team productivity, quality and time-to-market. Manage multiple tasks, work assignments simultaneously, and meet delivery dates, while working under pressure and tight deadlines.
