Key Responsibilities: Research and analyze global payment trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement Present research findings, payment trends and process improvement opportunities to stakeholders Create and document business requirements, policies and procedures that support the execution of the strategic vision Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of payment platform initiatives Collaborate with business development and finance teams to develop data driven business cases and recommendations Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to facilitate smooth daily operations and resolve issues efficiently Define, manage and implement compliance policies; oversee vendor portal access and coordinate with auditors to ensure SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements are met Qualifications BA/BS required, MBA preferred in finance, economics, business, information technology or a related field 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, payments, investment banking, cross border, payment networks or related fields.
