Why This Role Matters We are seeking a technically strong and business-oriented Senior BI Analyst – Financial Reporting to support a private equity-backed, multi-product FinTech organization. This role is focused on building scalable business intelligence solutions that unify large, complex datasets across multiple systems and transform them into executive-grade dashboards and performance reporting. Operating in a data-rich environment, this role requires deep expertise in data modeling and dashboard development—while maintaining fluency in SaaS-style financial metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV/CAC). This position partners closely with FP&A, RevOps, and executive leadership to ensure consistent, accurate, and automated reporting and to explain key business drivers through data insights.
