The Opportunity: We are seeking a VP, Branch Manager - Business Development for our new branch opening in White Lake, MI. What You’ll Do: Branch Leadership and Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of member service. Monitor and manage branch performance metrics, including sales targets, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Member Service Excellence Foster a member-centric culture by ensuring all staff provide exceptional service and personalized financial solutions. Assist members with their personal and business banking needs. Resolve complex member issues and complaints promptly and effectively. Regularly review and enhance service processes to improve member experience and satisfaction. Sales and Business Development Drive branch sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets for products and services. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance member relationships and financial well-being. Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and deepen relationships with existing members. Periodically attend joint calls with lines of business partners and prospective members/members. Community Engagement and Networking Represent DFCU Financial at community and networking events to build and strengthen community relationships. Actively participate in local business groups, chambers of commerce, and other relevant organizations. Promote DFCU Financials brand and services within the community to attract new business and household accounts. Operational Excellence Ensure operational processes are followed accurately and efficiently to minimize risk and enhance service quality. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Implement best practices for cash management, security, and fraud prevention. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a management role.
