• The Women’s Primary Care Clinical Lead will be focussing on Women’s Health, and will be a Women’s Health clinical expert who will work to achieve a targeted and appropriate service. Delivered in accordance with evidence-based practice and local policies and procedures.
• The post holder is expected to deliver care in a range of nurse led Women’s Health clinics utilising the Quality Outcome Framework and to further develop women specific services such as sexual and reproductive health, menopause and menstrual wellbeing, screening, weight management and health promotion.
• The post holder will demonstrate a professional manner which is tolerant, courteous and calm in the full course of their duties, in relation to dealing with colleagues, visitors and patients. They will be able to effectively deal with all patients in a professional, nonreactive manner and diffuse potentially volatile situations to avoid escalation. They will be expected to demonstrate a full and proactive commitment to equal opportunities in accordance with local and national policies.
