Description
The Service Division Technical Training Manager (TTM) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to support the ongoing development of the Service Division workforce. Specifically designed around NCCER Training program. This role ensures that technicians, apprentices, and other service personnel possess the technical skills, safety knowledge, and customer service competencies required to perform at high levels. The TTM works closely with Service leadership, field teams, and HR/Training departments to align training with company standards, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
