Location: Remote (can live anywhere throughout the U.S.) Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000/yr (based on experience) + monthly incentive based on placements Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent skilled trades positions using various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and become a trusted advisor. Conduct behavioral-based interviews and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients / hiring teams. Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from initial consultation and job posting to extending offers and ensuring smooth onboarding.
