We are seeking an IT Apprentice to join a standout, Basingstoke based IT Support specialist, and kick-start their career in the technology industry. • Research IT and telecoms products we use and could use in the future to expand our catalogue of products we offer to clients
• Other duties as assigned from time to tim

• Provide desktop support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Assist in analysing and resolving technical problems
• Collaborate with the help desk team to ensure timely issue resolution
• Gain exposure to SCCM for software deployment and updates
• Learn about TCP/IP, DNS, and computer networking principles
• Support operating systems and applications across the organisation
• Deliver excellent customer service while assisting with IT-related queries
