The Porter also handles trash removal, light maintenance tasks, and ensures the property is well-kept and presentable for residents and visitors.   Responsibilities: * Perform routine maintenance of common areas, including carpet cleaning, replacing light bulbs, trash collection. * Minor landscaping- leaf blowing and power washing. * Ensure trash and recycling areas are clean and organized. * Clean community pool, pool area/grills and other outdoor spaces. * Address minor repair requests and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed. * Monitor the property for safety hazards and report any issues to the Lead Maintenance.
