The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues across a wide range of electro-mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient equipment performance. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing PLC-controlled and automated machinery, supporting robotics systems, collaborating with engineers and team members, mentoring junior technicians, contributing to the development of maintenance strategies and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS) to track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate records.
