The Mission We're looking for a Full-Stack Ecommerce Developer to own the build, maintenance, and evolution of our clients' Shopify and WordPress sites. Your role: turn designs into fast, clean, conversion-optimized storefronts — and do it faster than anyone thought possible by leveraging AI-native development workflows. You'll work directly with our Account Strategists and Designers, translating Figma files into pixel-perfect, bug-free code that makes our clients' brands shine. What You'll Own Shopify Development Build and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, JavaScript, and CSS. Implement third-party app integrations and troubleshoot when they break. Optimize site speed, mobile experience, and conversion flows. Execute CRO experiments — landing pages, product page tweaks, checkout optimizations. WordPress Development Build and maintain WordPress sites using modern block editor development and classic PHP where needed. Customize themes, build landing pages, and integrate plugins cleanly. Ensure sites are fast, secure, and easy for non-technical team members to update. AI-Native Workflow Use Claude Code and similar AI tools daily to accelerate your development process. Candidates must be enrolled in the second year of a relevant Master's degree program and be able to work flexible hours, including late afternoons and possibly weekends. They should also possess skills to engage with diverse populations and be CANS certified.
