Description
  • Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Azure, M365 and hybrid identity across the estate.
  • Keep the Wilmslow datacentre running, including VMware, physical hardware, storage and routine audits.
  • Own backup and recovery, making sure jobs run, restores work and DR is tested.
  • Support technical integration of the acquired business, including identity, tenant and infrastructure migration.
  • Monitor the health of critical systems and report trends to IT management.
  • Write scripts to automate deployments and routine tasks.
  • Create and maintain documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.


  • RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with Azure and M365.
  • Active Directory and Entra ID / hybrid identity.
  • VMware administration and hands-on datacentre experience.
  • Enterprise backup and recovery experience (e.g. Veeam, Rubrik, Commvault).
  • Able to be on site in Wilmslow Tuesday to Thursday.
  • Clear communication and the ability to work across teams.


  • DesirableCertificate management and PKI.
  • Linux administration.
  • M&A, carve-out or tenant separation experience.
  • PowerShell scripting.
  • Nutanix, SAN/NAS or Exchange experience.
  • Experience in regulated, medical or manufacturing environments.
  • Azure, VMware, MCSA/MCSE or ITIL certifications.
