This role is ideal for someone with strong facilitation skills and experience in training, coaching, or sales enablement. Experience in commercial or small business banking is preferred. Develop and deliver blended learning programs that drive adoption of proven sales methodologies. Coach and support sales managers and sales teams post-training to ensure sustained behavior change.
