Role Accountabilities: Partner with regional/area leadership, practice leadership, and local technical experts to identify, pursue, and secure strategic project opportunities, while ensuring exceptional client service and delivery. Lead and expand client account teams across the southwest, cultivating strong relationships with municipal and regional clients to drive business growth. Champion market development efforts by identifying emerging opportunities and leveraging Arcadis’ multidisciplinary capabilities to deliver integrated solutions. Build and lead high-performing account teams, while mentoring junior and mid-level staff to support their professional growth and strengthen leadership pipelines. Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date pipeline of business development opportunities to support strategic decision-making and revenue forecasting. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering customized, value-driven solutions, and overseeing the development of compelling proposals and successful interview presentations. Travel regularly within the region to meet with clients, support project pursuits, and represent Arcadis at key industry events.
