REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years work experience- public accounting firm experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Excel, Word, 10 key- minimum 2 years experience and QB ProAdvisor certification is preferred.
  • Ability to apply defined practices, procedures, and company policies to troubleshoot customer inquires
  • Clear understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards of an accountant.
  • Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner.
  • Strong work ethic, ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • Responsive team player with ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing tasks.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and credit check.
