Description du poste Missions principales Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice juridique, vous apportez, dans le respect de la politique juridique groupe, un support juridique aux équipes opérationnelles afin de sécuriser les engagements contractuels et maîtriser les risques. Vos missions incluent : Conseil aux opérationnels pour la sécurisation des projets et la prévention des litiges. Rédaction et négociation de contrats (sous-traitance, groupements, partenariats, accords spécifiques). Analyse contractuelle des dossiers d’appels d’offres publics et privés (marchés de travaux, conception-réalisation, partenariats….). Suivi des précontentieux et contentieux, en lien avec les avocats et les opérationnels. Missions diverses en matière de Conformité : Loi Sapin II, vigilance, RGPD. Aide à la gestion des sinistres : déclaration, suivi des expertises, coordination avec les assureurs. Veille juridique : droit de la construction, marchés publics, assurances, évolutions réglementaires. Qualifications Formation : Bac +5 en droit (Master droit des affaires, droit public des affaires, DJCE ou équivalent). Expérience : Minimum 3 ans en tant que juriste dans le secteur BTP ou en cabinet spécialisé. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise du droit des marchés publics et du droit privé appliqué à la construction. Connaissance des contrats complexes (groupements, sous-traitance).
