This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining knowledge management (KM) strategies, tools, and processes that enhance information sharing, collaboration, and operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting DoD or Navy environments, with strong capabilities in content management, process improvement, and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Confluence.
