Simnet is looking for someone highly skilled in all aspects of human resources, payroll, benefits, and IT recruitment. Reporting to the Administrative Director, this role will focus on coordinating core HR processes and supporting a positive and inclusive environment. If you are self-motivated, personable, professional, level-headed, and very discreet, this role might be for you. (This role CANNOT be done remotely, this is an on-site role only.)
Salary Range: 55-65K
BENEFITS
o Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring proper documentation and smooth orientation.
o Maintain HR records and employee files in compliance with legislation.
o Assist with maintaining and communicating HR policy updates.
o Serve as the point of contact for HR-related questions and routine internal communications.
o Support employees with benefit inquiries and coordinate updates or enrollments with the benefits provider.
o Coordinate employee data changes with Finance or the external payroll provider.
o Review employee data for accuracy and support payroll change processes, without directly processing payroll.
o Assist with planning and executing employee events, recognition initiatives, and other engagement activities.
